LAND CLEARING

We specialize in selective clearing, which means only clearing the trees and vegetation you want gone and leaving the keeper trees (generally oaks and other hardwoods) unharmed. Clearing the cedar’s and underbrush is very beneficial to your hardwood trees because it gives them room to grow as well as more sunlight and water. Selective clearing on your farm, ranch or residential property will increase its value and get your property looking top notch. We offer two methods of land clearing. FORESTRY MULCHING

Forestry Mulching is a great choice for land owners wanting to clear raw land while being eco friendly. The process requires one specialized machine that mulches or grinds entire standing trees/brush down in place, leaving behind a thin layer of mulch. The application works best for small to medium sized cedar trees and underbrush.

Forestry Mulching offers several benefits to the land including preventing soil erosion, improving the soil quality, moisture retention (beneficial to your oak and other hard wood trees), low soil impact (Meaning the native ground will not be disturbed), and it requires no burning or hauling. It is also the recommended land clearing method by Texas A&M forest service.

We can also use our forestry mulching machine to mulch brush piles that you do not want to burn!

ROCK MILLING

The terrain and landscape of most of the Texas Hill Country includes lots of limestone rock. Rock milling or crushing is great way to make rocky areas of your land more usable. It is a process that uses a Compact track loader with a s specialized rock milling attachment to grind and break down limestone rock into smaller particles. The small particles created are then tilled back into the soil, leaving behind a mineral rich and generally rock free soil bed.

HEAVY SHREDDING

Heavy shredding is essential to keeping your property manageable and to protect your property. It can also greatly improve the look of your property. With our machine we are able to shred/mow your tall grass and small cedar and mesquite trees.

GRAVEL DRIVEWAYS

There are a lot of factors that go into creating a solid and long lasting gravel driveway. The most important factors are the quality of material used and getting that material to the proper compaction to be able to widthstand constant use. There are a few different material options when considering the look, durability and budget for your gravel driveway.
